Overview
Mêthev-mevê Bî was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1137, by Trêthêbre Tshêm. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Trêthêbre Tshêm.
Mêthev-mevê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mêthev-mevê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Mêthev-mevê Bî is buildings are located arround a single narrow packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The would-be-castle fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Mêthev-mevê Bî is like a look into a broken heart which long ago fell to corruption. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need… unless of course, they would be an easy target for some robbery. The town has truly fallen to evil.

The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

POI
History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Mêthev-mevê Bî was attacked by a group of nobles with their private armies. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Mêthev-mevê Bî lost 248 people, 177 livestock, and 49 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 60, when members of Mêthev-mevê Bî's militia enacted an operation to scout a specific location for information about a particular depot. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in victory for Mêthev-mevê Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Mêthev-mevê Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
